Haji Habibullah Pirzada
President, Principal

Mr. Habibullah Pirzada was born into a prominent Afghan Business family and after graduating from Engineering faculty, gained experience working with the family business; however his entrepreneurial spirit was strong and in 2002 he started his own construction company.  In 2003 he was joined by American businessman Mr. Sargon Heinrich, and together over the next 8 years they built what we know today as ACCL International; A company that offers Construction, Life Support Services, Satellite Communication and General Trading and has operations and assets in the United Arab Emirates, Mongolia, East Africa and the United States, employing over 2000 full/part-time employees.


Sargon G. Y. Heinrich
Executive Vice President, Principal

Mr. Sargon Heinrich has served as President and Principal of several companies that he has founded and eventually sold; the most recent being Monolith Interactive Solutions, which was purchased by internet logistics provider iLink Global in 2000.  Previously, Mr. Heinrich spent thirteen years with Bechtel Corporation leading domestic and international project management, public relations, project finance, and business development activities. These experiences culminated in his coordination and management role in the extinguishing of Kuwait oil fires after Operation Desert Storm in 1991-1993.  Mr. Heinrich joined with Mr. Habibullah Pirzada in 2003, in a highly successful business partnership that has built ACCL International into one of the most renowned Construction, Life Support and  Services companies in the region.  Mr. Heinrich is based in Kabul and Dubai.

 
Virgil Africa
Managing Director

Mr. Africa has over 10 years experience in marketing and major account management before relocating to the Gulf over 12 years ago, where he took up various executive roles.  Mr. Africa has been with ACCL International as Manageing Director in the United Arab Emirates since 2005.

 
Haji Mahmood Pirzada
Operations Director – Afghanistan

Mr. Mahmood Pirzada has been an integral part of the family business over the last 20 years; his exceptional understanding of the local construction and logistics capabilities, together with his unprecedented negotiating ability within the local business community, has been the corner stone of success of both his family business and ACCL International.

 
Paul Stukel
Senior Advisor

Mr. Paul Stukel is the Founder of Nexxus USA, a Chicago-based, multi-faceted corporation that integrates interim management and advisory services with technology, media and emerging markets businesses. Mr. Stukel was previously the Co-Founder and President of iLink Global, a Chicago-based provider of internet-based transportation management systems and on-line logistics services, which was ultimately sold to a publicly-traded company in late 2000. Prior to iLink, Mr. Stukel was the Senior Director for Strategic Assessment for The HAVI Group, an Illinois-based $4.0 billion logistics, manufacturing and marketing company. Prior to his work for HAVI, Mr. Stukel spent approximately 10 years at Price Waterhouse (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in both Chicago and London. Mr. Stukel received his CPA certification in 1989. Mr. Stukel is based in Chicago, Illinois.

 
Michael Scott
Vice President of Construction

Mr. Michael Scott brings over 20 years of high level construction and operations experience to ACCL. Mr. Scott was inducted into the construction industry in a family-run business and later served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Scott has served in various capacities over the years including Chief Operating Officer for a mid-sized Real Estate and Land Development company in Colorado and a General Contractor for over ten years. Mr. Scott also served as a Program Manager in charge of all infrastructures on the Burj Dubai Development in Dubai, UAE and has had fiduciary responsibilities of a cumulative budget of over $4 billion USD.

 
Richard Wilson
Vice President of Life Support & Catering Services

Mr. Richard Wilson completed a successful and accomplished career in the Royal Navy, as a Marine Engineer in 2008, after 30 years of service. Notably he served as the Liaison Officer for Souda Bay, Crete where he was responsible in Southern Europe for engineering, logistical and operational support to NATO to ships operating in the eastern Mediterranean. In 2003 he was re-appointed to the UK’s then Flag Ship HMS Illustrious, where he served as the Marine Engineering Department Coordinator, responsible for the complete set up of departmental management structures and implementing the training of the crew prior and during formal assessment periods. Most recently Richard joined Veolia in the UK in the role as Operations Coordinator, which saw him responsible for the operation and maintenance of over 350 water pump stations and associated equipment in Cornwall, for which he receive a PURE Award for services to the environment.

 
Shaun M. Brogan
Director of Operations - United Arab Emirates

Mr. Shaun Brogan has over 20 year’s experience on assignment for multinational companies in an executive capacity throughout EAME and Asia. In his most recent assignments he was stationed in Afghanistan from 2004, where he opened the prestigious and the country’s first 5 star establishment for Serena Hotels & Resorts, and later went on to set up and oversee the successful launching of the US$500 million dollar investment of the United Arab Emirates Telecommunication Corporation’s network in Afghanistan; Etisalat, as Director of Administration. Mr. Brogan is presently assigned to our Dubai office.

 
Richard Tisdale
Operations Director - Mongolia

Mr. Tisdale has an extensive experience in Program Management, successfully managing multimillion dollar programs for the United States Department of Defense, Department of State and USAID, globally. The programs required the highest levels of leadership and fortitude managing the personal protection of top US leadership and dignitaries whilst on diplomatic assignments outside the United States. Richard was also responsible for International Logistics, Business Development, Budgeting and Schedule development. Mr. Tisdale retired from the United States Marine Corps in 2005, with more than 22 years of honorable service and experience and is presently based in Ulaan Baatar.
